This has been the most complete post I've ever seen on SD. I did it last night and was done in 15 minutes. All the info in the wiki help me get it ready and no hassles.
The only thing was I got sucker into getting the TEP but I think even the rep did really understand what it was for. I wish I can triple rep this post.
absoultly

chances are..the answers to most questions are:

read the wiki

it helps for the experts here to help those that have truly legitimate problems..
rather than wade through :

1. when is offer expire
2. where can i get a sim
3. can i reuse mt old sim
4. i am a current SPRINT customer, how can i get this deal

We have 3 of the same, one was just unlocked.

Tested Verizon and AT&T with no problems. I think the moto g6 play is a moto g6 play and ram does not make a difference. Maybe you can contact Boost and let us know what they say.

Best to get your iphone sim from an apple store. They are free there. Also be aware that some older iphones will not have the greatest LTE data experience as some are missing band 41.

Another note: The tmo phone hold times are greatest on the weekends. Call early on weekdays if possible. AND please review the wiki before calling.

Thank you. I will do that. The Iphone being slow works for me. It is for my 7th grade son to use to call or text me when he needs me at school and sports practices. Otherwise, he doesn't get the phone. The reason I went with the Iphone 5 is that I can lock Safari and most other things besides calling and texting without pictures. I'm a mean mom, but he apparently won the mean mom lottery, so stinks for him.

Mean moms rock! We're the GP of a six year old girl that we're raising. We'll be in that phone quandary soon enough.

That can definitely happen with some local carriers.

Well there is nothing that can be done for that number then, because it goes by the *original* issuing carrier for the number, not the current one.

That number is just non-portable.
Yes. They tried my another number that I generated with SFO address (this number is generated after I had problem a few days ago). The agent says the other number is portable but I cant get the PIN yet. hope all works out.

Called 866-782-8777 and the agent told me everything has to be done online. Including Activation, but I don't need a Sprint SIM card, I already have two.

Any advice?

Dial again, you got connected to the wrong call center.
It happens occasionally if lines get overloaded.

Did you try this:

FreedomPop Porting Instructions
Your FreedomPop account number is the 10-digit phone number. To find your FreedomPop PIN, go to: https://my.freedompop.com – Log in & click the (3 stacked horizontal lines) menu icon at the top left. Choose "Settings", then choose, "Port Out Info". You can also go to:

https://my.freedompop.com/settings/port-out-info instead.

However I realize this may not work in some cases.
