Huh? The video that was released three weeks ago that says the offer is ending September 13th was released by Sprint and is on their official YouTube page. Sprint never released a video with an end date before so it's more likely this will be it.
Sprint has release end dates in the past (savings until 7/31/18 video [youtube.com]) then extend them but who knows if they will again.

I went to a corporate store and they said they didn't have the SIM for the iphone. Are the SIMs different for different phone models? She mentioned something about type A vs type C.

Good morning everyone,
So I called and activated my lines, I signed up for sprint online and it says monthly cost $8, plan cost $5 total discounts $10....Does that seem right? That math does not add up to free. Also the rep added the phone insurance on both lines even though I told him repeatedly not to...I can remove it right? Thanks.
I read it and understood I can remove the additional insurance. But im confused as to why I have a monthly cost of $8 plus a plan cost of $5. I did sign up for autopay which is where the $10 total discount comes in (2 lines). Sop where does the $8 come from?

Yeah. It's weird. Some go smoothly and some don't. Not sure if it's related to global Sims compared to att Sims but it's best to do early on a weekday. I think they only port 8-5.

After read the very long wiki, I called Sprint to get the plan, they run my credit (hard pull), told me I was approved, asked me for my CC, then told me they need to run my credit again.
So another hard pull 😒. The woman told me the process could not be completed without running my credit a 2ND TIME 😠
It this normal? I don't remember reading anything similar in the wiki.

To know this type of information would be excellent. I could have my cake and eat it too... keeping my hotspot longer and getting a full 12 months extension.
