Do they care about your gender when you port back in? I want to sign back up with my wife's SSN (with her permission) but there's no way she'll have the patience to go through the process.

Bought electronic Tmobile SIM card from eBay seller, T-Mobile CSR hanged up several times because I did not have activation code. I went on Tmobile prepaid website and got 3$ plan but port did not go through. I was successful with porting physical T-Mobile sim for a relative but that sim still in use

In the past we have reports of it ending after this year and now after 2019. The reality is that nothing is official and we will probably have to revert back to: this promo may end at any time. We just don't know. Today could still be the last day.

Bought an iPhone SE (Boost branded). I bring it into Boost, she says it's ready to be activated and clean. Cool. I chat with Sprint, they say the IMEI is fine, cool. I put it into the online system, rejects it, cool! Bring it into Sprint store, as they advise, and they tell me it's the ESN is not in their database and they can't recognize the phone, even though it clearly says it's on the Sprint network under the System About page.

Returned it, but honestly -- the uncertainty in taking part in this promo is ridiculous. The 'working phone' list is farking absurd. Random iPhones being Verizon only, excluding ALL Sprint MVNO-branded phones, etc. Total mindfark. I hope it doesn't end today because I still don't have a phone to activate and I'm not paying 180 MSRP for a low-tier Android phone.

You may have saved yourself some grief by not using Sprint. I tried it for a few months with a seldom used number and their network has more holes than swiss cheese. Add the no internet/data while on a call, reps that are clueless on most things, billing that took hours to correct, and them locking your phone into their network (no switching), it was not tolerable. YMMV.

The policy has always been that boost phones must be on boost for 1 year before being allowed on Sprint. There has been a loophole allowing some motorola boost phones to be activated. However, that loophole may have been closed as of late. We are awaiting more data points to confirm.

Absurd ??

Sprint doesn't exclude MVNO phones. When Boost sells you a subsidized iPhone SE can they not expect/require that you use it with them ?

was your phone activated on boost before?

It's been said several times already. Use the sim that comes with the phone. I thought you were going to try to add a boost G6 play to your account. Have you tried yet?

So, I bought a Boost Mobile moto g6 play from Best Buy and was wondering do I use the sim card it came with to activate it, or buy one from sprint first? Thanks.
Use the sim card that came with the box. In fact, the IMEI and ICCID (sim card) numbers are printed on the box. You can return the phone to BB if things dont work out for you.

I've signed up successfully using a boost g6 play a few days ago. I read other people had reported the e4 and g5 plus no longer work.
