Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I'm receiving the sim today moving from Verizon unlimited, should I activate online or call customer support?
If you ordered the SIM directly from Sprint promo website then you can finish activation online using www.sprint.com/activatenow

If you bought the SIM somewhere else then you need to call the 8777 number in wiki

How soon I have to activate the SIM card after receiving it from Sprint? From when Sprint starts counting 12 months, SIM ordering date or activation date?

Still have some balance with previous provider, just don't want to waste.

Thanks in advance for answers.
If you sign up right now then you get free service until 11/30/2019 so it doesn't matter -- not sure how long Sprint gives you to activate it but I wouldn't wait more than a few days just to be safe

You were lucky buying 1 month ago, however, 5 moto g6 play models purchased directly from boost and recently delivered, were DOA, all with a financial block. Others have confirmed the same financial block. Wally world is still working as of yesterday
As I wrote before, I SWAPPED my G6 device in on an already established line. I never used the eligibility checker or tried to use the G6 with a ported number to establish a new line.

We tried them with new line and tried imei swap, no go from 5 purchased from boost online, all had financial block that sprint was NOT able to override. Again, wally world is still working but they are $129

Have 2 free lines ending this month -- ported out one line to TMo prepaid yesterday (will do 2nd line later)

Was going to call in to signup for free year again under family member but decided to risk it and order online for chance at $100 cash back -- ordered service using BeFru cash back portal (clicked the cash back link a few times before ordering)

2.99 SIM + 0.31 tax + 10.00 ship = 13.30 total

Cash back was pending 15 mins later -- 3 month wait to see if they actually pay out

Date: 26-Sep-2018
Store: Sprint
Order Total: $2.99
Cash Back: $100.00
The retailer has verified your Cash Back purchase. The estimated payable date is 25-Dec-2018.
Wow online ordering and activation was so smooth -- family member's credit check went through quickly without any verification questions when placing the order

Got new SIM today and completed the port/activation process online using www.sprint.com/activatenow -- took about 20 mins to port from TMo and get the service running

Activation page showed the account PIN that the system created -- activation email had the account security word + account PIN

Auto pay & eBill were setup correctly so no hassle at all

Unlimited Talk, Text and Data.
$5/line/mo up to 5 lines. ($60/line value free with AutoPay until 11/30/19)

Savings until 11/30/19; then $60/mo. for line 1, $40/mo. for line 2 and $20/mo./line for lines 3-5 with AutoPay.

Will port out my 2nd line from old Sprint account to TMo prepaid tonight -- will call them tomorrow morning to add the 2nd line to the new Sprint account

where can i get the compatible sim for iPhone XS Max? I read somewhere in the thread that 4 in 1 kit from sprint is not working. I went to apple store, there is 3-hr wait so came back. I tried searching for these sims on amazon and did n't find any.

Thanks for the update. Some people on this thread are spreading false information that phones purchased directly from Boost Mobile will work no problem with this promo.

I thought you did have to call?! The more I read the more I get mixed up. I ordered the digital tm sim 6 hours ago. Not gotten numbers. Should have found one (like I did after the fact) that says you get them immediately.

Do not believe everything Boost store managers tell you (or Sprint store managers either for that matter).

It is false that immediate activation is required when ordering from Boost over the web. It never has been. We have made clear from the beginning that you MUST order ONLY over the web when ordering from Boost. We have made clear from the very beginning that you CANNOT buy in a Boost store because they require in-store activation before selling. Nobody here has ever suggested buying in a Boost store.

Now, it is another matter whether or not you can activate the phone you buy this way, or not, on Sprint postpaid.
