Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

You don't need to call T-Mobile after you port in. You can go sprint website to check you imei number is invalid or not after you receive email from T-Mobile. That email includes your new T-Mobile account number. Write down that number , and PIN number, then call sprint to port out, it will be take around to 1:30 to 2 hours to get new 14 months free service ( not include tax).
I didn't get my PIN sent back to me in an e-mail, actually. While doing the port process, I actually setup my PIN online as one of the steps called "Account Setup". It's a 4 digit PIN.

Unfortunately TeleSales is usually about the worst because you are asking them to self-report their error and lose the commission.

But give it the 24 hours and do not call TeleSales again. Personally I would then call Cancellations as I posted. Cancellations is also Retentions and you are making a threat to cancel. That department does have the power to change plans on the spot.
Will do, i'll call cancellation in a 24 hours then. Thank you and hopefully this gets resolved quickly. How do i get in contact with them by the way?

iPhone XS Max here. Ported in from T-Mobile Prepay, tele rep asked for IMEI and ICCID, then phone number to port, account number and pin. 30 mins later phone is ported and worked out of the box.

Make sure your phone is off during the activation to avoid issue especially the XS Max. I did have to do a carrier reset after turning on the phone via internal iPhone settings in order for voice/data/text to work.

The rep recognizes the IMEI I gave him as the XS Max and he even knew it has its own special SIM (416QT) part number.

Make sure you have that SIM before trying. Hope this helps. No need to port in an "eligible" phone on the list and then perform a swap.

1-888-211-4727 and cancel should be on the voice menu or ask for it.

Should read "516TQ or 416TQ" not "416QT"

I was just correcting the poster who said 416QT which is a typo. Actually Sprint is shipping 516TQ as standard and that is what is stocked and in the 4 in one kit but 416TQ will still work too.

This is odd because I live and work and drive all over and my experience is opposite. Excellent coverage and seems to be improving. Were all 4 lines on the same phone model?
If so did they all get all Sprint bands? 41 is important .
I've 5 lines active and two other groups have several. All on various Androids.
The only group that had lasting problems were on iphones. They went back to Verizon.
I want to suggest that your phones were never provisioned properly but it doesn't make sense if all 4 had the same problem.
Right unfortunately iPhones prior to the newest lacked HPUE which gave them limited range on Band 41. The latest ones finally have HPUE but an inferior Intel implementation so they are mediocre on Band 41 also.

Need not be Verizon. Phone should be unlocked and TMobile method works
So my sister has a paid off unlocked iphone 7 that was formerly with Sprint. It is currently not connected to any carrier. I want to use it for this deal. I purchased a T-Mobile Acct/PiN number (No ICCID included) from Ebay. Do I need a Digital SIM card number from T-Mobile to do this? Or just a Sprint SIM card to activate?

I called tmobile to port my two numbers about seven hours ago. However, by now I can still make phone calls from my phones and my IMEI shows as "active on sprint". I got the sim cards from Apple, and haven't put them into the phones. Do I need to insert tmobile sim card to my phone to complete the porting? I am also concerned whether I read some numbers wrong during the port. Should I call back tmobile to verify the information like account number, pin and sim card numbers? The tmobile representative said it takes up to 24 hours to finish. Thanks!

That just sounds sketchy to me. How do you know what has occurred on that account. Read the wiki. You need a number to port.

I submitted a port from Sprint to Tello over 24 hours ago and their chat says it is still pending and could not tell me if it would be completed today.

Yet on Sprint's website it says "You cannot change plans or services because you are currently switching at least one line to another carrier."

Not sure how to make sure I get ported or Sprint cancelled today. I don't care about the phone number.
