Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Yeah, they said there was no problem, it was just still processing. I told them that Sprint would charge me $60 if it wasn't completed today and they said they couldn't promise me anything.
Hmm. Did you try asking Sprint about it?
By the way it is not a true port, it is just a bookkeeping entry, since Sprint does all ports for Tello.

Never again, Sprint... not even for free
Why is that, because of TMobile's faults?

Well I logged into my Sprint account and got this message:

"You cannot change plans or services because you are currently switching at least one line to another carrier."

I guess I should try a chat with Sprint?

If you placed an online order for SIM card then you need to activate it online -- the instructions on the order confirmation page said go to www.sprint.com/activatenow [sprint.com] to activate your free year
So many conflicting instructions. In my case, when I received my first Sprint sim in the mail, a flyer that came with it said I could activate it online OR call the telesales number (866-782-8777) to complete the activation process.

Yeah, I figured. I'm not going to worry about it because I'm not going to fight with those a-holes from Sprint and get worked up over $60. Now there was a time when I wouldn't let $1 slide.

So Sprint could just hold up the port so they can charge me $60? Sounds about right.

you are not going to get charged the full $60 ...just about whatever days you went over x $2

I'm about a week over...so I owe them $14 + tax

Hi guys,

I went to my local sprint store to get a sim kit for my iPhone 7 Plus that I purchased from an Apple Store a few years back to activate with Virgin's one year deal.

The sim contained SIMOLW506TQ, SIMOLW416Q, SIMOLW506C, and SIMOLW516TQ. Which card do I use?

Thank you!

ok..lets try again..what's the problem?

took me 30 sec to port out to tmobil using the website with a physical sim I got free from local tmobil store...few hours later took me 15 min to port back to sprint and the whole call was 15 min with less than 1 min hold.(5 pm PST or 8 EST)...everything works ...used the same sprint sim I had previously on a different SSN

are you sure the SIM you have is valid? I also got grey out button when I tried an old tmobil expired sim
Sim was eBay digital recommended on this thread. It checks out OK when I put it in.
When I get to the page that has you make your new account info - email S acct number opt in or out 911 etc it stays grey.
Everything is filled in. Nothing is wrong. Acct number my name address.
Others have said its a problem at times too.
Cleared cookies.
I'm not a stupid person but T-Mobile makes me wonder about myself .... and them.

Okay, cool! I did activate it using the SIM card. I was worried I used the wrong one, but since activating it an hour ago, I still do not have 4G LTE coverage. I've been stuck on 3G. Tried to Airplane and turn on and off LTE too =/

I would DEFINITELY chat with Sprint tonight to get written proof you contacted them (the transcript). Then talk to them tomorrow and use it to try to minimize charges, since Sprint caused an additional delay.
