Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

tread carefully, especially since it is obvious that English is not ur first language

case in point:
Philippines is a country and therefore Philippines dont speak any english
English is the official language for Philippine and India...obviously Filipino should speak English officially ...

This may be a stupid question but appreciate an answer. I have read in multiple google posts that sprint can cause some lock or put in some list so it is difficult to port or use wirh other network after you cancel sprint later one after a year. Can someone explain more about it

I ported my Sprint account to Total wireless on 8/13/2018 and now trying to get the 1 year BYOD service again. I'm getting the run around from telesales. First rep said I qualified and got all my info, SIM #, SS#, etc. He was saying I would need to insert my new SIM in the device.... then the line went dead. I called back and spoke with another rep who found my old account and said the promotion ended on Sept 30th (yesterday), that I will need to sign up for standard service. My old account has a zero balance as of 8/8/18. Whats the deal? its been 45 days.
I am frustrated with Sprint's telesales customer service. It seems that whenever an agent can't resolve an issue, they hand up the phone on you or just blind transfer you to another agent. And should,nt they call you back if the disconnection was accidental?

Continueing with my original post from October 1st, above. After speaking to like 7 different agent, I finally got one to start the process. I gave all of my info, a hard credit check was completed and I was approved for 5 lines. Setup autopay, gave my port in info from Total Wireless. Then the agent said she was experiencing problems on their end and she would call me back in 24 hours when she works next. She seemed to be questioning my account # with Total Wireless, which is the IMEI # from the iPhone, which I confirmed online. I have not received a call back in 4 days. I have been too busy with work and moving to call them back. Overall, its just frustrating. All for a year of free service. I can see why people leave Sprint.

I have a Dasaita android car stereo (not Android Auto) that can use a SIM card. Is there any way of getting this deal for this purpose? I assume not based off of the ipad answer being no.

In the wiki, it says"update: reports are, that as of ~7/15/18. the 10 gb hot spot feature has been removed for new sign ups and in no way can it be added."

How about for the lines that were signed up prior to 7/15/18? Is the 10 gb hot spot feature still there?
