Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

So no chance of changing to a different phone until 4 months have passed on the plan? My Nexus 6P is dying on me and need to upgrade...

Any idea if the new iPhone Xs and Xr work with this plan?
They will work if they are Sprint, Verizon or Unlocked (from Apple directly).

I called yesterday the 866 number to activate, went to everything, got approved up to 5 lines, gave the phone number to port in to Sprint and when i gave the SIM # the rep said that SIM is not comparable with my iPhone X. So, i went to apple to get new SIM and now who do I call again, which number, to fish the process and get on that Sprint plan?

CDMA service has been reportedly good, as its the same as Sprint. GSM service runs off VOIP only currently, which can be a hit or miss. If they roll out true GSM service, it will be the same as any other ATT MVNO, except a lot cheaper. So waiting for that...
I recommend Mint Mobile. It was Mint Sim before. Cheap and reliable. I've been using for 2 years without any problem. It's T-mole MVNO.

The 120 day wait is only for if you want to lease or finance a phone through Sprint. You can buy a compatible phone outright from Sprint or a third party and replace your current phone at any time.

Same here, a week ago. Did you get the notion that the "free tablet" isn't really free at all? Unless I misunderstood, there would be a charge for it on the bill every month for a year or so. But the insurance was never mentioned and I made 2 separate calls to activate 3 lines.
Yes. The tablet was free but you have to pay $20/month for service.

Can anyone confirm that T-mobile prepaid's account number (for porting out) is now just the 10-digit phone number instead of 1 + phone number? Thanks

Did this today. Bought a T-Mobile number off eBay for $4. Tried to do the Sprint promo online but it gave me an error saying to call a number. The people at that number had no idea what I was talking about.
Started over by using the promo 877 number listed in this thread. Rang right to an agent who was very helpful. Took over an hour to get everything set up. Account is created and SIM card is shipped. Only charge was $3 for the SIM, no shipping. He said it would still go expedited and I should get it Monday. The agent said he tracks his customer's orders and he would call back once he saw it was delivered so we can port the number.
I think at first the agent was playing dumb to try to not suggest that there is a free plan. I told him I wanted "Unlimited - Bring your own phone free for one year plan". He immediately acknowledged this plan. At the of the call he said he specifically put that plan in place on my account so if I needed to activate with another agent once the SIM arrived, it would be clear what they needed to do.
Hopefully this works out. Work gives me a allowance for a cell phone, I will be able to afford a sweet iPhone Xs since my service will cost basically nothing.

Would like to seek help here to know, if it will work on the Sprint network?
Also, I have a sprint iPhone XS sim card already.... will I need a new card too?

That's exactly how it should work and no surprise. You'll get your phone set up just fine. The only change is the free shipping for SIM. Keeps getting better
