Many thanks for your insights.
I was wondering what kind/quality of phones that will be offered to you once the period is up...
No way of knowing really.
Thus far the really good deals are scarce. I'm hoping to see LG flagships get blowout pricing. (Slow sellers). I could be and often am wrong though.
Other than that all phones are available at full price through Sprint once you have reached the 120 day threshold.
As posted by others, right now the LG V30+ can be bought for $360. Not a terrible deal but not great either.

No major carrier in the U.S. supports using the second sim yet.

I've tried reading as much of the wiki and I'm probably answering my own question but, I just paid for a month of service from ST before seeing this. My phone is compatible and such. I can't get a refund from ST for the service but I don't want to lose out on this deal. I saw something about savings till 11/30/19.. So would I be safe to get everything together and just wait till the end of the month to do the swap? Thanks in advanced.

Still have 6 months to go to finish my 12 but am thinking to be safe, need to set up another account for a fresh start. Just have a feeling this promo is near its end. T-mobile merger etc. Better to have a foot in the door before the opportunity closes. Will only cost less than $5 a month anyway.

None in my opinion. Any discounts are 18 month flex lease bill credits.
Otherwise $360(sale price no bill credit)for V30+ would be best. V40 has $20 off a month but is flex lease bill credit. Just remember if you do flex lease with bill credit, free plan will jump to $60 after 8-10 months(depends on your remaining free plan date), so no great deal.

If A1901 not eligible due to no CDMA bands, works on Verizon on LTE but no cdma fallback.
If A1865 should be eligible unless was previously on Sprint mvno in which case would show you owe money to sprint in following checker. Would need PLBL flag changed(search thread PLBL and LiterallyUnlimited for what that means).

After a year of contemplating if I need this, I've finally decided to jump in. laugh out loud
Thanks to all those that's contributed to this thread so throughly and the wiki contributions!

Needed a TMo number so bought this digital sim here for $2.49
https://www.ebay.com/itm/T-Mobile...3324067412

Setup a TMo number in about 10 min. Called 877-234-4299 and had them connect me to prepaid, which bypassed the long wait times.
Then called Sprint at 866-782-8777 about 10 min after. Took about 30 min to complete the full setup.
Now just waiting for my phone and account to be activated. No service bars yet after about 15 minutes. Just need to cancel the Insurance plan once I can sign up my account online.

Anyone know the quickest way to get ahold of retention? (Someone who can actually offer me a decent deal)

I want to try talking to them about cancelling service to see what kind of offers they can give me before I change providers. My plan is up in about a month.

Modest but noticeable improvement in coverage after updating my PRL. Maybe the TMo roaming agreement finally went into effect for my area. Recommend people update if you haven't done so since before the first of the month.
