Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

So I tried to port my number in from Tmobile using the Moto G6 I got from the Fi deal. Sprint said the phone is not eligible as it's already active on a Sprint network. I just cancelled the Fi service and never ported my number over. What gives?
From one of Comintel's earlier posts:

(1) Get it off Fi first because Fi is a Sprint mvno.
(2) Get Fi Support to flip the Sprint database MVNO ownership flag from Fi to Postpaid ( PLBL to SPCS. )

It sounds like you did (1), but not (2).

How do I do the second part? Is there a number to call?

Okay, so if I got my free line around November 2017. It expires 1/31/19. My wife currently uses AT&T.

I'm thinking:
1. I start a new account under her name and port her phone over.
2. I port my number to TMobile and then add it back under her account.

When I add it back under her account can I just use the same phone number and SIM I was using originally? Wouldn't they notice this?
yes use original sim. they will know if they dig into it, but no one cares.

I do not know the exact details. One would have to feel one's way along it. Different people seem to have had contradictory experiences. People have both passed, some on retries, and others failed, or been denied retries, in all sorts of scenarios, without clear patterns being evident.

Something tells me it may be somehow easier at the store but I am not sure. The stores (and the credit reps serving them) should be geared toward making sales and therefore qualifying the customer.

I almost failed it too with Sprint. Sometimes they are nicer than others in sort of dropping hints if you hesitate. I did fail a similar quiz with the USPS (for an unrelated matter). Now I review my credit report ahead of time.

I would not worry too much. We can only do what we can do. It should be ok but it is not the end of the world if it doesn't work out. Get any reference numbers you can from whoever. Worst case VP Marci Carris is another potential avenue of appeal that, once again, has worked out for some and not for others.
Ah yes, gamblers' paradise. We're just rolling the dice.*rolls imaginary dice*.

Yep. We've discussed ID verification questions before and Lexis Nexis as well. We've also discussed how troublesome it is to get those questions corrected in cred history.

I'd rather get another family member to open a Sprint account for me to use rather than contacting Marci, I just find it a bit troublesome. I would though as a last resort.

I've bought the tmo sim from the store and activated it. I'm just waiting for Sprint to unlock a device I was given so that I can port out. After that, I guess I can do a chat and ask Sprint if I can get ID verified in store and then call the 8777 #.

Offer did not work for me. It said I was eligible for the transfer (Verizon; iPhone 7+) but then said "your order requires additional processing" and to call a toll-free number.

When I called the number Sprint said they couldn't help me and that I was out of luck.

When I asked to speak to a manager I was transferred to a Spanish-only help desk.

I think only 3 Samsung phones can do volte on sprint. Hopefully iPhone can do the same.

Oh, crap! Should I let Sprint know that they've only been billing me $15.25 per month for five lines instead of $300. Yeah. I'll get right on that. The deal is legit, dude.
