Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Ported over number from T Mobile, got free sim from sprint store, called sprint customer care and after around 1 hour on call, number ported over and started working immediately. Free service offer till 01/31/2020.

There have been reports of them requiring insertion of the sim to complete the port. Is that what they are telling you?

Note 8 should qualify. Has it ever been on a sprint MVNO or google fi?

No they knew it was a digital sim, first they said they couldn't port my number, that they would have to generate one and then grab my number in like 24 hours, even after all that the activation was unsuccessful.

Yeah I told then pay as you go $3, I'll try tomorrow with a different rep. Otherwise I'll port out to Spectrum mobile for a month and try sprint. Plus I hear spectrum runs off Verizon

I want to terminate one of the three lines on my account and do not care about keeping that number. I would prefer to port it out instead of cancelling. What is the cheapest option for porting out? I know people have mentioned H20 sims -- can that port be done without funding? I have a T-mobile digital sim, but it sounds like several people have had problems with their ports lately.

Thanks for the advice!
