I am on Xfinity mobile and was told that there is no account PIN, just the account number. Do you have an account PIN as well ?
my understanding is that for every port , there has to be a pin # associated so as to authenticate the actual owner.

I'm signing up for this, currently have Verizon and a Google voice # tied to that Verizon #.

If I port my Verizon #, will my google voice # be ok and unaffected?

This worked for me. I purchased an H2O sim on ebay for 16 cents, told the seller I just needed the SIM number, and ported out today. H2O did not send a confirmation of the port, but the number disappeared from my Sprint dashboard within an hour. I traded in the active phone at the Apple store. Since it had a cracked screen, I wasn't sure I would get anything, so had not removed the number in advance. Thank you!

Would an unlocked T-Mobile Stylo 4 (LG), work for this offer?

Not clear if TM models have CDMA tuner built in.
I would like to know as well.

I ran into this "issue" coming from Xfinity mobile. It took a 3 way call between sprint and Xfinity mobile to confirm that yes there is no pin. At least as of this past April or so.

There is no one answer. It depends how you have it set up.

There are different ways.

It depends which is the public-facing number and which is the private number.

The ordinary way to set it up is that the Google Voice number is the one you give out. In other words, it is your public facing number. It forwards to your private (secret) Verizon number.

If that is the way you set it up, then if you move the private number from Verizon to Sprint, then your GV number will now forward your calls to Sprint.

You still will need to set up CCF on the private number after it is moved to Sprint to handle certain situations.

There are other ways it can be set up too.

You will have to thoroughly understand how it all works or it can get badly messed up. It is too complicated to explain everything here.

I give out both my Verizon #, and my Google Voice #... depends on the situation.

My Verizon # does NOT have unlimited minutes, so I use that number rarely. I mostly give out the Google voice # as it has unlimited minutes for free.

It's important that I keep both #'s.
Do I just need to port the Verizon # to Sprint and the Google Voice # will come with it?

What is CCF?

Pretty simple really. When you lose the ability to call out, then you know it's been ported.
when I called the number to port back into sprint it says that my number cannot be validated? Do I resign back up online or through chat?

This info should be added to the Wiki section. There is no notification from h2o that informs of porting is complete. Just check your Sprint acct to confirm if the porting is complete. This is the 3rd incidence in the last couple of days that I am aware where there is no notification from h2o (or Sprint)
