Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Sprint is garbage. I would not go with them if they paid me $20 per month. Their service is worth less than 0.
You are a liar. Been on this plan for almost a year now and it's been great 90 percent of the time.

Sprint BYOD works fine for our uses on iPhones SE and X, but XR having connection issues including wifi calling. Not sure if Intel modem is to blame. BYOD plan has included 100 Mb roaming, does anyone know which networks Sprint prioritize to roam on? Is voice roaming limited as well? Can I buy more roaming?
Besides the original roaming limit that you mention, they have since added unlimited free roaming on TMO under the new TMO agreement. It is not counted against that quota.

Where needed you can roam on the other 2 networks as well.

In general, just leave roaming on and it will most often be all on TMobile and will show as zero usage.

If usage shows as non-zero, then you can look into it further.

You do not normally need voice roaming because Sprint has wide area voice coverage on 800 MHz now.

If you do, the limit is 800 min. or a majority of minutes.

You cannot buy more.

I guess you have to expect crappy service if it is free.
It's not as good as AT&T, Verizon or T-mobile, but there is nothing wrong with it - it works. No 90mbps on speedtest and got a few more dead spots in the area with everything is supper slow that AT&T did not have, but it's 100% tollerable and working.

I am using it as back up phone...only pay taxes...more repliable than FP, at lease they won't randomly recycle my number...FP did it once and all my friends can't find me. I got no complains..

Yes in a number of areas.

Not in all areas by any means - that will take until later this year.

For iPhones, it is only in iPhone 8 and higher and only in an initial set of areas. For Android, it is only on a few phone models.

The following map is out of date but shows the initial areas that were planned to be at least partly included.

https://s4gru.com/entry/432-sprin...september/

Most of those have coverage now.

Anybody having problems receiving texts. Moto G5 plus. I tried 2 different sim cards. And 2 different Moto G 5 phones. Everything works except I can only receive texts from Sprint itself is. Customer support has gone through all the trouble shooting with me and has now put in a ticket with the special troubleshooting department. I still have yet to hear from them.

You can check the eligibility by plugging in the IEMI.

Everything went smooth for me until I activated the phone They are now unable to activate the phone. I spent an hour going back and forth with an agent and they couldn't resolve it and want me to go to a corporate store for help. Hope I can get the $30 activation fee back if I cancel.

See the Wiki for a link to the current list.

In general, yes, check the IMEI but that is a low-cost GSM phone that could never qualify, and of course it is not on the lists either.

You have to already have a phone - please read the Wiki which is post 3 in this thread.

Here are recent posts with some good suggestions for phones:

You will get it back but what is the phone and what happens?

Most likely it is a handset problem and people here can help you resolve it better than people in a store could.

Try resets, power cycle etc.

The store staff know less about BYOD phones than people here do.
