I think Alcatel will have to replace the phone if necessary. They have warrantied it. It is not working. Therefore they have to make it work.
would it be easier to just take it back to walmart?

I'm here in Seattle. I have three accounts. Each account has five lines and somehow they billed differently. One has 3 dollars this month. Another one has $15 dollars. and another has 27 dollars. There is no insurance, no additional services. It looks like sprint charges per zip code. So my three accounts have different zip codes. Seattle, Auburn and Kent.
I don't think Seattle is $3 for five lines. Can you update?

Ok, i have an alcatel idol 5s, model 6060 that i got on another Slickdeal from walmart, its unlocked, but sprint says they cannot activate,
Any ideas?
Every model should have their own Sim card, I used s8+, LG g7 and my old iPhone 7 + on this byod every unit has its own Sim card so I just have to activate on their site which unit I will be using on a certain day, if I put the s8+ Sim to lg g7, it will not work, go to corporate store not retail store you will find the answer you are looking for, don't go to regular retail store their all dumb there they don't know what their doing they just sell there.

A lot of people with Samsungs and Motos are disabling weaker Sprint bands to force the phone to TMo bands. However iPhones do not allow you to do that.

Also the roaming is not available on MVNO's .

Hopefully after the merger goes through (if it does), the networks will start to get integrated.
How do you disable the Sprint bands on a Note 9?

In the wiki there is a link to the list of the latest eligible phones. That process should work if both phones are eligible.

Thanks, I was just chatting with Alcatel support, they said that the phone needed to be "whitelisted" by Sprint, and that they were submitting the IMEI # to be added, but were not sure how many days it would take,
After reading the original post, am hesitant to walk into a sprint store as they might want to activate my phone themselves and snag the comission.

For the free plan, is there a data throttle threshold for the 1-year "unlimited" plan?

Sorry to lack of research on the entire 785-page thread. TIA!

Data will be throttled after 50gb of LTE data.
