Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

One of them. I think the bigger goal was to shore up sagging subscriber numbers before the merger.

Yeah that was the REAL/underlying goal.

In the other hand, "convert us to paying customers for high-priced plans, which was supposedly the original goal of this plan" was the SUPPOSED (i.e. pretend) goal. I doubt they ever really believed it. It was just a cover story.

But both games have probably played out by now.

looks like they changed the rules. I have activated 8 sim cards till now, and received acct number and pin number for all of them in a day, some of them in hours only. never had a problem getting account number in last 2 weeks.
Would seem odd (read: illegal), too, that they could effectively hold your number hostage for 5 days (by refusing to give account number). Say you didn't get good reception or otherwise wanted to port out within first 5 days...

Yes, I called the correct number. Perhaps I made the mistake of calling on a Sunday afternoon and got stuck with the F team, but this is completely absurd at this point.
So hang up and pay your competitors bill.
The probable end of this deal is all over the web. I would imagine the call center is slammed on the Sunday before EOL

Too far away on the horizon to tell. Possibly:

1. SWAC if you can get an invite.
2. Kickstart $25
3. Red Pocket 10GB for ~$300/yr minus any ebay coupon.
4. Upgrade to 5G.
5. Become Amish and eschew all technology.

T-Mobile CS in the Philippines is so inconsistent. I just called in to port the second line and the agent made me do (a) a six digit pin, (b) said there was no temporary T-Mobile phone number, (c) said I wouldn't get the account number until two hours later, and (d) didn't charge me the $3 fee. Totally opposite of what happened on the successful port on Friday. I fully expect this attempt to fail, but hope I am wrong.

It probably depends on how pedantic the H2O CS agent is. If push comes to shove, get a supervisor on the line and demand to be cut loose. Maybe they're being more flexible with the 6GB trial SIMS because they're losing money on them.
So, the H20 free month trial offer ends today, March 31?
If so, can we not use H20 SIM purchased tomorrow to port out without spending extra to buy some H20 service?
