I have an unlocked iPhone which was with Sprint, then with H2O for a month.
Try these steps as per the link from the wiki:

Reset subscriber settings

Connect to a Wi-Fi network
Tap the Phone and pull up the Keypad.
Dial ##25327#
Tap the green call button.
When the Reset subscriber settings message appears, tap Dismiss.
Once the Waiting for activation message appears, tap Dismiss.
If the activation is successful, an iPhone has been activated message will appear, tap Dismiss.
Your phone is now ready for use.
This reset should automatically take care of the activation for voice, text messaging and data, as well as an update to the PRL (roaming lists) and firmware—if applicable.

Service update

Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
Tap the Phone and pull up the Keypad.
Dial ##873283#
Tap the green call button.
A Starting service update message will appear, tap Dismiss.
If the update is successful a Service update complete message will appear, tap Dismiss.

Assuming the ability to sign up new accounts with this plan does end on 4/4, is there any consensus on whether existing accounts will be able to add more lines with the plan after 4/4 then?

In the past, you could add more lines after signing up (months later even) and those received the same benefits and end date as the original line, so wondering if the same would hold true once they stop allowing new accounts.

Basically, I am trying to determine if I need to deal with all lines before 4/4 or just get 1 setup and then can add more later.

Anyone had success using ITIN instead of SSN to get an BYOD account? I got denied last time using ITIN to setup the BYOD. I have a secured card and I can see FICO scores coming up on the credit card portal. I tried to pull credit reports from experian and creditkarma, but it did not come up. Looks like I have to submit a paper request for credit report. Anyone in this situation and still got an account? Thanks!

Opinion is divided on that. The Wiki has some comments.

Did you try talking directly to the credit dept at the number ending in 6116?

I think they misunderstood.
Try calling her/them at (913) 323-3931.
Phone may be the best way to explain it to them.
I would keep it simple and ask to be allowed to bring ID to a store instead or for a different Identity Quiz..
Thanks, but that phone number now goes to a general Sprint department, just like calling customer service.

I did route my last email directly back to Marci, as the previous response was sent from Sprint customer care. Hopefully I'll get a response, very soon, from someone who will actually try to help.

Really worried, here...

H20 used to also install a LTE apn profile that may cause LTE problems.
Check and delete if necessary.

3-Check for an old LTE APN profile and delete it.
The problem was due to a Profile named "LTE APN". (Settings>General>Profiles - Right below "VPN". There may not be "Profile" on the Menu, depending on the carrier used before.). Deleted this Profile, then LTE Data signal showed up! This Profile was probably from the previous carrier.

You are right. There's a "LTE APN" from H2O I guess. Just removed it. Thank you.

as noted below...this is asked often so much that it is in wiki.
in past , the offer has always been active one way or another.
never has it ended since its inception on June 2017
on 4/4 if it does end (big if) then we will be in uncharted territory.
no one can answer what will happen on 4/5 and beyond

wiki.
read.

I read the wiki, it didn't say much, so was looking for more active discussion or if anyone who recently signed up asked about that. I am quite familiar with this plan.

5th line:

if the plan does end on 4/4, it is unclear if people ALREADY on the plan will be able to add a line after 4/4
