I see this on My Account Page:

Monthly cost $20.00
Plan cost $5.00
Add-on cost $15.00

Are those figures just for reference? Just wanna make sure I won't be charged those amounts.

How long does it normally take to port in from unlocked google voice? Had it done about an hour ago and was told it should take about 20 minutes, still no service...

So I was able to successfully port out a sprint iPhone 4s from Tello to TMo using an esim.
When I tried porting in to Sprint byod, they say the iphone is not eligible.
Your iphone is too old for this promo plan. Must be iphone 5c or later.

Did for the 3rd time today, it was a thorn in my side but I did it. They also added the device protection plan, but I had chat remove it.

If you port using Tmo digital sim and pay for the $3 PaYG, make sure you get the account numbers.

The ports failed since I had the wrong account numbers

If you forgot to get the account numbers call the Tmobile prepaid support line 1-877-778-2106

safe to say:

4/2/19: lots of problems with tmobile port. seems to be a hit or miss. no one has clear answer's as to which method will work. big YMMV all around. u will need to do your own research on continuing to use TM or look elsewhere.
I have been reading wiki and a few pages back for an update since last night, I pulled the trigger just a few minutes ago after I called Sprint if I can just extend it instantly without the portin/port out hustle. I called 3 times to confirm about the end of this Free unlimited plan but was told by three different rep that they have no info about it. They usually get info 2-3 weeks before any update or changes to any plan. By the way I talked to them in Tagalog( Philippine dialect) and was told the same answer.
I did online Port out to T-Mobile using new Ebay E-SIM without any glitch (old ones did not work), I got the account number and pin immediately. Now waiting for it to get activated to T-Mobile
BTW I still have one phone with Sprint as I had problems before when I ported all phones out, it's a long story but hopefully this goes smoothly as a jelly.

Yes, everything shows $0 now. I guess it was slow to update. FYI, you can cancel the $15 protection add-on in the MySprint page.

The $15 is the Sprint Complete insurance plan which you can remove by contacting Sprint customer service through live chat.

Everything else looks good, make sure you're enrolled in autopay so your monthly plan gets a $5 discount, making the plan essentially $0 (excluding taxes and fees).

I got shot down when trying to resubscribe. I had the free plan that ended in mid 2018. During the call, the initial guy I talked to (sounded foreign) asked me if I was a previous Sprint customer in the past and I answered yes. Then after I gave him all of my information and he asked me for permission to submit the application, he brought in someone from the credit department on the line (sounded American). The American asked me my security question from my previous account and I gave it to her. She then said that since I had the free plan in the past I was not eligible to have it again. She even snapped at me and said "If we kept offering free plans over and over again to the same people, that wouldn't be a good business decision, would it?" I didn't know what to say as I hadn't heard of anyone getting shot down before, especially since I haven't been a Sprint customer for almost a year. People are saying on this thread that if you are not a customer for 45 days then you're good to go for another year. Where in the terms does it say that, so that if they try to shoot me down again, I can point them to their own terms and conditions?
