Weird that I still get the usual BYOD Free 1 Year page online. Even after checking my IMEI and phone #, it proceeds to the checkout page. As previously mentioned, I was not able to re-signup for a second year as I had only ported out about 20 days ago and Sprint credit dept. refused to set up a new account Monday because of this even though the sales dept. in the Phillipines gave the go-ahead. I've seen lots of great deals posted here, but this by far was the best deal I've ever taken part of on SD. My biggest regret was that I hadn't jumped on the deal in the beginning when it was posted. I remember always seeing the deal posted but never opening or even reading it figuring from the Title of 1 Year Free, that it was too good to be true. LOL. This even beat that infamous deal many years ago when HP all of a sudden announced discontinuing making tablets and had dropped the price of their tablet (can't remember the name) from $500 to $100.

Will chat do a double phone swap? Essentially swap phone numbers on 2 devices. I don't think you can do that on the dashboard unless you have an extra phone to swap in 1st. Correct me if I'm wrong.
They have done exactly that for me (and some others also got it done) - swap the numbers between two phones.

Hi, sorry for this question, i sign up and let the rep added the sprint complete; then later i need to verify my phone setting and call to CS, then tell them to remove it, he said it is removed, but when i log in sprint online, under the plan, i still see the sprint complete $15. So, try to do a chat to remove it, but i only see chat for sale, chat for order, chat for international, chat for business (but dont see any chat under personal).

I tried to click on each, but dont seem correct .. can someone please help direct me on where i can find the chat to remove the sprint complete.

Appreciated!

You have to log on first.

If you do not do that, you are asking them to do things for an anonymous person, so they are giving you a corresponding set of choices suitable for a non-subscriber.

It also will be much more complicated to accomplish anything if you are not authenticated..

Be sure to look on the chat menu items for how to get a transcript emailed to you so that you have proof later.

That HP Touchpad thread was epic. Tracked a few of them at Aarons (Rent to Own Place).

I was fortunate to have bought 2 of them online before they sold out in a few minutes! Even though it's been many years, I still remember the excitement and buzz that deal brought!

As far as this deal, the biggest surprise for me was not how long this deal lasted but: 1) Why more people didn't take advantage of this deal in general 2) Why anyone, especially those with multiple lines, had regular Sprint plans and paying $100+ instead of being on this deal. You figure with with social media, word of mouth, and internet buzz, most would have heard about this.
