Replying to the bellow thread:

It looks like according to the agent, my $0 plan is expiring at the end of Jan 2020 and the data in the account was not accurate. Time for me to move to Mint deal or something else.

Plan end date is 1 week after my current billing start date.

Will they charge 1 week for $0+taxes and prorated charges + tax for the remaining days? or Just $0+tax for the whole month? Agent said prorated, but I am not sure.

I saw your original post that it seemed you were not being charged following your plan expiry in November.

Did you resolve the puzzle?

It might help others to know what conclusion you have come to.

Thanks....

I hope someone knows and posts but meanwhile here are a couple of thoughts.

The come back offer says "May not be combined with other offers."

That might not always apply though. For example, maybe you can add still another line to get the iPhone offer.

Even if so, the way these offers work is the phones are always billed at the normal monthly lease price, but they give you service credits of up to the amount of those lease installments. BUT once you have credits that exceed the cost of the service, you cannot use any more credits than that and the credits from one of the two offers would be largely worthless even if you could get both. You might be able to carry them until the 18 month leases ran out and use them then. There could be some ways around this.

You could ask at https://www.reddit.com/r/Sprint/ ,

Thank you for your insightful info. I have 4 lines to bring back (I am thinking unlimited basic $100/month till 4/30/20). I may have to do 2 with $250 come back offer plus another two add-on lines with iPhone 11 lease on us ($0 for 18 mths with a trade-in, then buy option). I am trying to find out if I can bring all with $250/per line offer, then upgrade phones. I really don't know if or when upgrade eligibility kicks in after I do BYOD with comeback offer.

Right - I suspect that is along the lines of what you may need to do.

Probably your best hope of finding out is to ask on https://www.reddit.com/r/Sprint/ .

You can also try calling the number shown at
https://www.sprint.com/en/landing...print.html and asking but I would not count on those people knowing accurately.

Oh you cannot get that Sprint $100/month till xx/xx/xx offer though along with the Come back offer. You will find they will not allow that to be combined. That is what others have found.

Thank you again for your response. I will try your suggestions. If that is true, come back offer e-mail is very misleading. They make it sound like you get both the $100/month and $250/per line.

It is $100 per line credit for one line or $250 per line for 2 or more lines but it cannot be combined with another offer. That is what the email used to say anyway but the email is basically just a link to
https://www.sprint.com/en/landing...print.html which has fuller details.

My spouse works in a hospital as a nurse and they do get a discount from sprint. Anyone used a healthcare discount before or know what it is? ( on LOA at the moment so dont have the figures until they get back to work). I am thinking if sprint would transfer ownership from me to my spouse so we can qualify for the discount. Currently have 4 lines on free byod.

There is some info here:
https://businesssolutions.sprint....hcare.html

Also Kickstart is $35 a month per line for comparison
https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/pl...start.html

In general they will not allow you to transfer to such offers from the free plan, even with a transfer of ownership. People have tried that and it did not work. What happens is the free plan gets transferred over to the other person and is still not eligible for the offers.

Instead, just port elsewhere to a non-Sprint provider temporarily and then do it via port-in to Sprint.

I had the same situation and ended up switching to tello. It was a painless switch and so far I have had similar service to sprint. The nice thing abt tello is you can keep your sprint aim card. The switch was almost instant. Feel free to pm if you ha e any questions regarding their service!
