How Sprint bill works? Plan to port into ATT for the $250 promo, but seems the sim card won't be delivered until July 6th. My Sprint billing cycle will start from July 1st. How I will be charged then?

Does your normal billing cycle start right on the 1st? That is very unusual but possible.

Or are you going by the free plan extension ending June 30? If so, that would actually not start a new billing cycle.

But if your normal cycle really does start on the 1st, then you would be charged a full month unless you port out to somewhere before then. It is not pro-rated.

Thanks. The $300 is showing my card after I add that I am porting my number. How do I know if I will get $115 BFRGL as this seems to be adding a line which gets $30 BFRGL?
Since you are getting the $300 rebate the Verizon system should report to the BFRGL system that you did a BYOD with a PORT, so you are not simply adding a line.
But, as I said before, glitches happen.

My recent bills are starting from 1st day of each month. Apr 1st, May 1st...I assume 1st is the starting date. If it's not prorated, what's the best way to keep the number and won't be charged by Sprint now? Visible, next day shipping?

My Sprint is bill period is the 29th-28th. How does that work with the 6/30 end of free service?

To be aggressive you could stay until July 28, or to be extra-cautious, June 30.

I would call Retentions before taking the aggressive route, just because I do not want to be the one risking your money.

I see.

Why not port to Google Voice for $20 one time charge and leave it there. That might take more than a day but I think you can call Sprint and ask them to cancel at the end of your billing period and verify that they will hold the number for the pending port. Obviously you have to do this very carefully to avoid losing your number. Also try to do the port-out as soon as possible today, not tomorrow.

After the 6th you can forward it to your new AT&T number.

Until then, in the service gap, forward it somewhere else or let it go to voicemail.

It would be really tight to count on getting any sim in 2 days. Can you not get an AT&T sim from a store?

Maybe someone else will have other suggestions.

It takes a couple of days, if not posted after 2 days file a support ticket with BFRGLE.

I don't know if it makes any difference, I clicked on Get Coupon, my CB amount showed pending the same day I placed the order and verified with est payable date the next day. Definitely file a support ticket if you don't see anything after 48 hours. hug
