Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

For 30th to 29th already billed and try to port out before 30th to avoid next month bill. Even for 1 day if you cross the billing date, Sprint will charge for whole month and no prorated refund.

Ex- My billing cycle ends on 5th Aug, I am going to port out my last Sprint line on 4th. Little sad to move from Sprint.

so that's why they tried to trick me into waiting. This means I should wait until Aug 28 to port out? Because even if I port out today, they will charge the entire Aug? Thank you very much Tuxedo1! You have a great day

It will be all or nothing. No pro rating. Where it is only a day or two, some people have got the rep to waive it if you say the port got delayed.

Sprint under TMobile policy now charges a $20 "Assisted Support Fee and Upgrade Support fee" if you use TeleSales on the phone, that will not be waived supposedly, so do not do anything with TeleSales (or in a store) that you can do yourself online. There is no fee if done on the web or in the Sprint app. They also charge $10 a sim if done via TeleSales.

"Activations and Upgrade Fees will go away and be replaced with Assisted Support Fee and Upgrade Support fees at 20 dollars per line."

This was a great deal while it lasted just last month I switched my daughter's line from the Sprint free deal over the T-Mobile magenta first responders plan because I didn't want to pay Sprint $60 a month for one phone line.

Just came back to say thanks to all the members who provided great tips and advice on.
I took the risk of going beyond the 6/30 deadline and it worked out. Final bill came out to $0.

This is a historic thread with nearly 3000 pages!!

yes everything looked like that. after filling up all the info including choosing the minimum "$10 pay as you go" and leaving the "H20 Airtime Pin" blank...i hit submit....then there is a red prompt, asking for a "valid pin ". i just tried it again now and it is still the same, asking for a valid airtime pin.

i've ported a bunch of numbers to h20 and it all went well. a couple of times i inputted some wrong info and they send me an email saying wrong account number or something. then i corrected it and number ported in a few minutes. yeah so they still email to thank you for porting...and they also let you know that porting was successful. you can also check yourself by calling from that number or calling that number and see what kind of automated greeting you'll get.
Finally, this mystery is solved. Somehow port from Visible to H2O is not working on its own. Need to chat if you really need to port from Visible to H2O. Another poster had the same exact issue as you and I pointed him to this post and he provided more info after chatting with H2O.

I dunno what happened but I actually just hit go or something and porting went through. I just disregarded the error message. I forgot what exactly happened but I was able to port out my 10 Sprint lines without funding the H2O account.
