Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Any update on this? I need to port out to h2o b4 the free plan ends this month. thx
Do you have the sim cards already, maybe you can try on your end and see if it works. It may just be my account or my browser or anything. Keep us posted.

I have a spare number on Visible Mobile that I need to port in a couple of days. Their system won't let you remove your credit card info. You can change it but there always has to be a credit card on file. I already turned off auto pay. Just hoping they won't charge me since auto pay is off.

But is that all you remember from your port in request to h2o? You hit the submit button and the line disappears in a few minutes from Sprint acct? Did u get an email from h2o about transfer request? I believe i did when i did it a year ago. Thx again.

Can u see my previous post with attachment? Is that how your transfer request page looked like? Where are they asking for pin or air time info from your previous post that comintel pointed out to me. Thx.

This is the request information when you put in the number you want to port in. See the attached snapshot. The information about your h2o sim is below the existing information. I just pasted it side by side so that it can be viewed in one file.

Is that how your page looked? Did u input sim number of actfast code (don't know what that is). Thx
It looked like that I think, yes. I put in the sim iccid, yes.

Here is what i see...i went further than the last time...

once u put the sim info....it is asking to set h20 pin (optional)...this may be ur acct pin if u need to port out i suppose....and then u have to select one of the plans...pay as go ...lowest is $10...

Did u go to the next step? Where exactly did u get stuck?

yes everything looked like that. after filling up all the info including choosing the minimum "$10 pay as you go" and leaving the "H20 Airtime Pin" blank...i hit submit....then there is a red prompt, asking for a "valid pin ". i just tried it again now and it is still the same, asking for a valid airtime pin.

i've ported a bunch of numbers to h20 and it all went well. a couple of times i inputted some wrong info and they send me an email saying wrong account number or something. then i corrected it and number ported in a few minutes. yeah so they still email to thank you for porting...and they also let you know that porting was successful. you can also check yourself by calling from that number or calling that number and see what kind of automated greeting you'll get.

after filling up all the needed info except the H20 Airtime Pin.... you hit "submit"....then I see that red prompt on the right corner asking for a valid airtime pin.

Did u try with setting up the airtime pin? Is that the same as acct pin that u may need if u need to port out? We don't know if we actually need to pay after u hit the submit button? I don't know if comintel had similar experience...

H20 Airtime pin is not the same as your H20 pin number to port out. Seems Airtime pin is the pin number you'll get once you bought airtime online or something to that effect. i bought my sims from Amazon and some from Best Buy.

so u left the airtime pin info blank, selected $10 pay as go plan...then it asks u for prepayment info...which u left blank and then submitted the request as is?

I do not recall the exact sequence but I did not provide any additional info if it did ask for it.
