I have a spare number on Visible Mobile that I need to port in a couple of days. Their system won't let you remove your credit card info. You can change it but there always has to be a credit card on file. I already turned off auto pay. Just hoping they won't charge me since auto pay is off.
I got the following email and it ported right away I think (I was not checking constantly) .

Can u see my previous post with attachment? Is that how your transfer request page looked like? Where are they asking for pin or air time info from your previous post that comintel pointed out to me. Thx.

once u put the sim info....it is asking to set h20 pin (optional)...this may be ur acct pin if u need to port out i suppose....and then u have to select one of the plans...pay as go ...lowest is $10...
Did u go to the next step? Where exactly did u get stuck?

i've ported a bunch of numbers to h20 and it all went well. a couple of times i inputted some wrong info and they send me an email saying wrong account number or something. then i corrected it and number ported in a few minutes. yeah so they still email to thank you for porting...and they also let you know that porting was successful. you can also check yourself by calling from that number or calling that number and see what kind of automated greeting you'll get.
