Step 1: Get barcode printed or you will likely need to log in if you use the link you texted to phone which takes a minute, so do it before you approach register.
Step 2: Present barcode after you explain you want to load to your Amazon Account.
Step 3: They scan barcode and ask you how much.
Step 4: Be sure to load $20 or more.
Step 5: Pay with credit, cash, blah blah.
Step 6: Profit.

This seems better than the previous 'Add $50 get $10 digital credit promo'. The credit is valid on physical goods this time around and it's a cheaper spend requirement.
Anyways, hope it's useful to some.
I think you have to have the cashier scan your barcode and add cash to the account that way
