I've always heard the Dell S2716DG is a solid monitor to get for $500 which is identical to this except it can't overclock. Can you find an IPS that is identical to this at around the same price or lower?

he is mention about Acer re certified site i believe. it have similar to this price once a while.

I tried S2716DGR and after some tweak it is great but just let you know it have limitation of TN panel that dark and grey level are chunk together and hard to see the detail in game. once you got spoiled by a IPS monitor you just cant go back.

damn. got so excited since i just parted w/ my old qnix monitors. will wait til prices drop a bit more. i'd rather go with the similarly spec'd dell 27 tn panel for $399 recently.

$500 is still a ridiculous amount to pay for a TN monitor. The deal may be slick and the Predator is a good monitor but pay the extra/wait for a deal for IPS. It's worth it.

even if this is cheaper than normal, no one should even consider buying this monitor. at this price you can snag an ips freesync 144hz or get another g sync 144hz tn monitor for a cheaper price.

The Dell S2716DG is pretty good, I received mine a few days ago and I've been enjoying it.

TN? might as well get the Dell S2716DG... I have one and my only complaint is stuck pixels popping up, but all I have to do is touch the screen gently by them.
