XBOX Live Sign In Sweepstakes - Xbox Live Rewards members - 6/30/17

Eligibility: XBOX Live Sign In Sweepstakes is open to Xbox Live Rewards members who are eighteen (18) years old and older and are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia).

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on 15 June 2017 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST"), ends on 30 June 2017 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the "Promotion Period"), consists of two (2) weekly entry periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period") as well as a grand prize entry periods (the "Grand Prize Entry Period") that coincides with the Promotion Periods, as set forth below.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, log into your Xbox Live account ("Account") via the Xbox Live app for the first time, from a PC or mobile device. Please be sure that your Xbox Live profile information including e-mail address, mailing address and phone number is correct and current. By doing so, you will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing. Then, within the Xbox Live app, join the "WatchMixer" Club. By doing so, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize Entry Period drawing.

Limit: Each entrant may receive up to one (1) Sweepstakes entry per Entry Period drawing. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Accounts, identities, Gamertags, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Prize Drawings: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period drawings on or around the dates listed above at approximately 9:00 a.m. PST in Southfield, MI 48075, U.S.A. Non-winning entries from Weekly Entry Period 1 will carryover into Weekly Entry Period 2. The potential winners will be notified by email address associated with their Account. In the event that a potential winner of a prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.

30 GRAND PRIZES: A $499 Microsoft Store digital gift card. ARV: $499 USD.
20,000 FIRST PRIZES (10,000 awarded per Weekly Entry Period 1 and 10,000 awarded per Weekly Entry Period 2): $40 Xbox Store digital gift card. ARV: $40 USD.

For All Prizes: Terms and conditions of digital gift cards apply. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Limit: one (1) prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $814,970.
