Coupon can be used in the following situations:
Auctions - yes, as long as auction(s) ends before deadline
Buy it now - yes, as long as payment made before deadline
Make offer - yes, as long as offer accepted and paid before deadline
Shipping does not count toward $75 minimum
Multiple items can be combined to get over $75 minimum
Discount is 1 time use per ebay/paypal account
Trying to buy items in multiple currencies in one transaction won't work.
Guest checkout might work for succeeding orders for those with a couple of paypal accounts.
Coupon can be used in the following situations:
