Same experience here as well. Never liked/used IPhone. Always been on Android especially the Nexus line.
However none of the Android tablets last long. Poor battery life. Slow down after updates. Been using IPad for several years now. Each of them lasting easily 3+ Yrs.
The ZTE is "new open box" and most people got new unit. It has a Snapdragon 617 Soc (octa 1.5GHz), 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, Marshmallow 6.0, dual front speakers and can take nano SIM for mobile data.
However none of the Android tablets last long. Poor battery life. Slow down after updates. Been using IPad for several years now. Each of them lasting easily 3+ Yrs.
Not sure what you mean by poor battery life. I've been using a Galaxy Tab A 10.1. I get a few days of battery life with average use; usually about 18 hours of use. No slowdown after updates as of yet. I don't know a lot of people who can afford overpriced iPads.

Zte Trek 2 for $48 was an awesome deal. Been using it with Freedompop SIM. Pretty good Tablet for the price especially the front facing stereo speakers are great.
