Don't have receipt anymore. Not sure when the actual date of purchase and probably cost slightly less than $10 back then. Combine with the date of purchase, the couple years I use it and the time I put it away after it didn't turn on, not sure if it is already 5 years.
If need to pay to ship back, not worth it.

Why would you want a 85 lumen flashlight for $12? Plenty of other brighter flashlights out there for less.

Same reason you might pay $50 for a 400 lumen Fenix, they're very high quality.

Ok, that makes more sense and I kind of get it. But, what does that mean in a flashlight? I have a Thorfire I got off Amazon on a slickdeal. I think it was about $14 or something and it's close to 900 lumens and it is very well made as well.

What's the difference in quality?

This thing is small enough to fit in your coin pocket, and on its lowest setting will run for a long time. I love mine. I held it in my mouth yesterday while working on a breaker panel.
