Traveling to Сhina and need an advice

Hey everyone!
I have a trip to China coming up in a few moths and I have to be there for about a year for a work contract.
I have an issue as I need to purchase my stock of generic Sildenafil. Apparently, I don't know much about getting meds overseas but I am afraid that I will have the issue with the customs as going through customs with a year supply of Viagra in my luggage could definitely raise red flags!
I am looking at generic alternative brands I could ask for in Asian pharmacies. What is the best way to select reliable brands? I assume considering European or US brands would be a safer bet but generics are much cheaper. Does anyone know if there is a place providing a list of FDA-approved Indian generic brands? I am checking FDA website but all I could find is a list of banned brands. Thanks in advance!
