I really hope the tobacco companies do not start doing all of their giveaways using codes, would really suck

Getting annoyed. Parliament beanie offer been going on for months and still nothing but old packs anywhere in my area. Now L&m offer starting out the same way. Called all the stores in my area and finally found one that said they have the packs with the free offer on them. I drive out there and buy a carton just to find out the free offer on the packs are from the last giveaway in march. Should have checked out this thread 1st. Grrrrrrrrrrrr.

Anyone know what the $10 super certificate is? Im betting its not a use anywhere MC or Visa, but for use at particular retailers or restaurants.
