Just went to Walmart next to my work place in Houston and found that they have this Samsung TV UN55KU6290 on sale for $449. Not the best price but it's a decent deal if you want to get a new Samsung 55" 4K right now and especially they have plenty in stock at this price.

It's still listing for $797 on Walmart.com and $629 at Best Buy. Good luck guys!

Like I already said if you really really need a new TV right now. $449 for a brand new Samsung 55" 4K TV is a good price. But if you can wait, you should wait cause the price may drop in a few weeks :-)

I'd say so. It was a front page deal just 3 days ago from Best Buy for $499.99

too bad the refresh rate is 60Hz. i think 120 is needed for size 50"+
why so? What does this affect? Is that important when using as an external monitor?

I agree. It's a good deal but when I see YMMV I expect a pretty low price. Thumbs Up.

Does this TV outperform the Hisense H5d that is going right now for $430?

dang it, I just bought this exact same model from Bestbuy for $499.99 two days ago. I guess I could go grab one in my local walmart and return it to Bestbuy to save $50?
