This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

I calculated the same thing when flugette mentioned the $3 not beeping..6.49 overageBig Grin ..I have to find more of those b2g1

The total BC should be 14.49 and not 13.49

BTW bblueskye, are you looking for any specific cpns for earths best..I am sure I have seen a blinkie for these at Publix or WD....
Thanks for the correction on my math - oops Teehee

I was looking at my last receipt and realized that it actually worked like this for me before (and I didn't notice - I just wondered why my AC total was so low). I got 4 of the oil refils for the deal and one of the holders (for $6.19) - the B2G1s took off $6.19 each, but here is the weird part... one of my $2/1 Qs attached to my holder - Crazy T

Anyway, I'm going to try the new scenario today Big Grin

Oh, and PM'd you about the Earths Best Qs Smilie

I'm about 30 minutes from St. Louis and our gas is $1.74. Frown
Holy cow - I was happy to pay $2.59 yesterday (granted that was for premium)

Did you see the guy over in Illinois that still has his gas at $3.89 because that is when he bought it at a higher price and he was not lowering his price until his underground tank was empty and he buys it cheaper again
Can you say dumbass?
He said he couldn't take the loss shake head
Did see that. He said loyal customers and his employees have been buying some. He said if he lowers to the average price he'd lose $5000. But just before that he said he's losing money on the sales inside and on the repair part of his business. So it seems to me you have to figure out what's better. I mean, it seems like he could make $5000 on repairs and store items pretty quickly if gas is low and people are coming in!!

I used to live right in that area - Imperial Beach. Are you going to be southside of Chula Vista? Once I get back from taking the kids to school I'll PM you but it's mostly friendly. Oh, take an armed guard with you to the kmart on the border though......it's scary!!!
I'll be more North actually - Paradise Hills. I think I'll stay away from that border Kmart though. laugh out loud Thanks for all the info!!! Smilie

We saw gas yesterday for 2.03!!! That's pretty awesome. But I did get it for 1.79/gallon using my Safeway fuel rewards, so we're set for a tankful. (sounds like I'm doing a commercial! Big Grin) Isn't it great that just in time for the holidays, we can all shop with abandon, not worrying about how much it'll cost us in gas to drive from point A to point B?! woot

Just wanted to pop in and say hi! Thanks for all the info. This week T has their mittens on sale. I got a 2 pack last week for about $2.xx and I thought that was a deal. They are super cute and super necessary in Wisconsin (Oshkosh).

I just want to thank whoever posted the information about part time jobs with Smart Source. I filled out the application online last week and got offered a job today. The hours are very flexible. The company gives you a $15 check every month for high speed Internet, $.36 per mile gas reimbursement, and free printer paper and ink.....plus they pay you too laugh out loud

I start next week so thanks again!
