Amazon requiring my to file a police report for a parcel I never received !!!!

Hi guys ... I'm pissed at Amazon and don't know what to do ... I ordered a $19.99 item from Amazon about a month ago which got marked as 'delivered', but I never received it. I have complained like 5-6 times since then and Amazon is asking me to file a police report regarding this missing item, because they say their responsibility is over as the parcel was 'delivered'.

I've been an Amazon customer for like 8-9 years and over this time many times parcels got lost, and Amazon always replaced or refunded. Why not this time ???

I'm angry and don't know what to do. Mad

Scratchchin In many jurisdictions, Amazon may not have standing to file a police report and thus the OP in this case would have to as they are the actual "injured party".

It's possible that this event has taken a toll on the OP and they decided to off themselves and why they have not returned to this thread.

On that note...I like how attempted suicide is against the law, but successful is OK laugh out loud
