This is not available on Costco's website but they are in the warehouse on sale for $249.99 until 9/3/17. It has basic smart features like Netflix and YouTube but no HBO or Hulu, also no Bluetooth.

If you can get it through Google Express, use the SHOPNOW35 code (valid until 8/31) it takes off $35 and drops the price to $215.

It has a 2-year warranty and if you pay with a Costco Citi card it doubles the coverage to four years.

It's a basic 60 Hz unit. It supports HDR -- but, as I understand it, it's a pretty basic implementation like the entry-level Samsungs. We are going to use it as a bedroom TV so it doesn't need to be super jazzy.

The one at the Google Express link is the H7D. $265.60 for me with S&H, tax, and service fee (no Costco here so I'm not a member).

These Hisense TVs usually support 4:4:4 chroma and make okay computer monitors.

The boxes in the warehouse said H7D but the Costco price tag said 43H7050D. shruggie.jpg

Yes so it is usable as a PC monitor BUT viewing angle for close-up use isn't good:

rtings review of the H8C:
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&r...KfoTBSPYzw

and consumer reports of the H6D
https://www.consumerreports.org/p.../overview/
"Narrow viewing angle"

...were not promising as far as viewing angle. Nonetheless I checked out the costco unit. At a distance of ~20" which is how I'd use it, there was to me unacceptable degradation at the edges, YMMV if viewing from further. It is a great value but I'd only buy it as an interim monitor if I knew the monitor of my dreams (40-43" OLED) was around the corner...but I don't know if that is going to be 1 year or 5. So I'd rather wait for BF and hope for a good deal on a LG 43UD79 or Sony X800E...even if that means $500+. IMO.

P.S. I did find one glowing review:
https://www.pcworld.idg.com.au/re...tv/606630/
but that is for use as a TV, not a monitor.

Thank you but I think the difference between H8C and H7 series is 4:4:4 chroma and local dimming...

i havn't came across a review for H7 though

It still shows as active in my area. You can call your local warehouse and ask if they have the item number (in the pic) in stock.
