The $9.99 torque wrench deal at HF is back again--sale ends today.

All three sizes are discounted from the normal $20--20% coupons will not work with sale items, but you can still add free items. Available online, but shipping starts at $6.99. My store still had a giant pile of these on the shelf, even after 2.5 days of the sale.

Disregard the kids safety quality comment i work at as an a&p and have to have my torque wrenches cal'd every year and several people have the taiwan wrenches that have passed more times than their matco or snapons and in the past 6 months at least three torque wrenches straight off the snapon truck failed the initial calibration check

The 3/8" is probably enough for most applications. At these prices, you might as well get a 3/8" and a 1/2".

Looks like there are currently 16 free items (with purchase): http://www.hfqpdb.com/

Edit: looks like the SLickdeal rerouting is messing with the link, so if it doesn't work correctly just go to hfqpdb dot com.

If it matters to anyone.

The ones that are shrink-wrapped are "Made in China" and the ones that aren't are "Made in Taiwan" (or a Made in China that someone tore off the shrink wrap).

The Taiwanese ones are older stock. You can still find a bunch of them are the slower Habor Freight stores.

Personally I lean towards the "Made in Taiwan" since they generally have higher standards.

The "Made in China" torque wrenches started appearing at Habor Freight a couple years ago but so far there haven't been any real complaints.

Percent off coupons, no. Adding on a free item coupon is allowed though

The free item link isn't working. Anyone have any coupon numbers for the free items?
