Game of Thrones has so many characters who have died, but there were some extremely awesome characters that still live on. I wanted to create this Game of Thrones Fan Page for ultimate rumors, theories, who will die who will live etc etc ...

I'll get started with the confirmation of the penultimate season of "Game of Thrones," the HBO show finally confirmed one of its most chilling theories: yes, ice dragons exist.

The concept of ice dragons has been on fans' minds for a while.

In A Storm of Swords, George R.R. Martin's third novel in his series, a Jon Snow chapter compares walking through a tunnel in the Wall to walking in the body of an ice dragon:

The ice pressed close around them, and he could feel the cold seeping into his bones, the weight of the Wall above his head. It felt like walking down the gullet of an ice dragon.
Similarly, in Martin's fifth novel, A Dance with Dragons, another Snow chapter references ice dragons again:

The snowfall was light today, a thin scattering of flakes dancing in the air, but the wind was blowing from the east along the Wall, cold as the breath of the ice dragon in the tales Old Nan used to tell.

They could walk on the bottom; they just couldn't break the ice. Once Clegane broke the ice they climbed up and tried to pull Mance in. Granted, that means the water wasn't even deep enough to drown in, and all he had to do was fight them off standing in the water.

The fast forwarding is annoying for sure especially when the show has always been super slow to develop. But I am willing to overlook the time inconsistency if they have a good story line. I don't think the ravens are moving super fast more so than they're just advancing in time. We see the next scene and it feels like overnight but they've been very shrewd about not saying exactly how long it has been since a message was sent by a raven. Just that it arrived. The only exception is Castle Black to Dragonstone which seemed rushed and felt like they overlooked a detail or two in production.

This is my theory only. I guarantee that Arya is playing this up to Sansa to fool both her and LF in order to set up her trap for LF. I think the final scene in this will be the master manipulator will have been manipulated by a child, who just happens to be a well trained Faceless Man and master manipulator. Watch for the twist next season. My feeling is this scene serves its purpose well.

No other way to prove to anyone down south that there are such things as white walkers and wights. It made sense. However you're right, the execution was just dumb. No way to tell if they were going to encounter a white walker patrol or the whole army so there is logic problems there.

After last night, I realized you neglected to have Samwell on the options, he's my favorite before Jon. And after last night, I especially am not sure I like Jon. Sick LMAO

like it or not, the identity issues Jon is going to face with his past and parents is going to be something cool to look forward to, plus when Jon brought up not being able to have a child to deanery's i think this is foreshadowing to your love child in the future even tho they Dan is his aunt, I actually wouldn't mind that compared to bro(jaime) and sis(cersei) *puke*. But Jon is def the next person in line for the Iron Throne.

Yes, the talk about her being able to conceive is no doubt a foreshadow of what's going to happen. They will be having their own Joffrey. laugh out loud

lol u can't even compare to joffrey that was all genetics that came from her As$2hole mom.

i can't wait to see the dragons fight hopefully atleast 1 survives !!

i mentioned this previously but i rmr when couple seasons ago when the guy i forget his name told bran he'll never be able to walk again but he'll be able to fly. I mean yeah he can fly when he is in a raven but I think it has a deeper meaning so I think he might be able to control the ice dragon especially since his connection with the night king is so strong as well.

I saw that comment. I felt that the mention of flying was directly for the raven. I don't know how plausible it'd be for him to take control of the dead dragon.

It could have been worse. The writers could have given the Ice King enough power and accuracy to throw an ice spear far into the air and one-shot a fast dragon but not have him throw ice spears at the A-team and red shirts when they're standing on a small rock area on the lake.

well i think it was smart of the night king to not kill the "A-team" per say bc if he killed them i doubt Danny would have put in the effort to put her dragons at that much risk to save the team. stranding them on the rock was a tatic of the night king to lure the dragons and eventually kill one of them !!
