I like TIDAL a lot. I use music streaming services regularly for music discovery purposes. If you know of an app you'd recommend for this purpose, please do let me know! Thank you.

Good deal since my 6 month free trial just expired
In addition to not supporting Android Auto, Tidal's UI is poor in general, their playlists are useless and there's no radio-like feature.

Tidal's only real selling point is HiFi sound but they charge too much for it. If Tidal offered HiFi streaming at the same price as Spotify's Premium tier that would be an interesting competition -- choose Tidal's lossless sound quality vs Spotify's great user experience for the same price.

But Tidal has priced themselves out of that competition and I don't know who would actually pay for Tidal's 'Premium' service since Spotify beats them in every way without the benefit of lossless sound quality.

Obviously 3 months for free is a great deal regardless, though.

According to LivingSocial, you agree to continue the service after the 3 month period expires and you have to register a card with Tidal for the $10/month renewal fees. So make sure to cance before the 3 month period expires. Not so hot IMHO compared to the Sprint deal of 6 months free at the best (HiFi) level with no card needed. That one just expired for those of us who got on. I have to say some of those Masters files were pure bliss to listen to (above CD quality)..

The six-month Sprint deal was awesome. Mine had just ended earlier this month, so I am glad for this three-month deal.

As soon as you start this three-month trial subscription, you can cancel it and use it until the end of the three months. This way, you can be sure that you won't forget later on. I just started this trial and tested it out to be certain. After canceling, I get a message of "Thanks for streaming with TIDAL. Your subscription will come to a full stop on 11/26/17." If you want to be even safer, use a virtual credit card number, if possible; I used one that expires in 2 months and has a spending maximum limit of $2, so even if TIDAL wanted to charge me, they will not be able to do so.

On Android, you can simply clear data and create a new account to start this new trial.

I hope this helps,
Tofu Vic

Slight off-topic but I recall an SD for Amazon Music Unlimited and I liked it, but when I enabled bluetooth streaming and on Android phone LTE/4G, it would buffer a lot. It didn't do that when just streaming to the phone. I have a high-end Sony Xperia X Perf and on Android 7.1.1 . I also stream Pandora, YouTube, regular Amazon Prime music, TuneIn, etc with no issues so wondering if it was an issue with Amazon Music Unlimited app on Android. I would consider paying for that.
