ELIGIBILITY : Only legal U.S. residents residing in the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and Puerto Rico who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older are eligible to enter. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the " Sweepstakes Entities "), and wholesalers, suppliers, distributors and retailers of alcoholic beverage licensees (collectively, " Licensees ") and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any of the Sweepstakes Entities or Licensees are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law.


Two (2) Grand Prizes are available . Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Kalamazoo, MI. Trip consists of: a) round-trip, coach-class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner's residence to Kalamazoo, MI; b) three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations arranged by Sponsor (one room, double occupancy); c) a behind the scenes tour of the brewery; d) a $200 gift card for the Bell's Eccentric Café; e) $500 spending money which may be used for ground transportation and food (to be award in the form of a check to the winner); and f) a Meet and Greet with Larry or Laura Bell (subject to availability at time of trip). The ARV of each Grand Prize is $3,000.00.

All travel dates will be agreed upon between Sponsor and winners. All travel must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Travel must be completed within one (1) year of date of awarded. Each Grand Prize winner's guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Each winner and his or her guest must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including a valid government issued ID card. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. If the closest airport to a prize winner's home is in close enough proximity to prize destination city so that, as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion, a flight is unnecessary, such prize winner will receive alternate transportation from the Sponsor with no further obligation to the winner. Prize winners will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route and select hotels in its sole discretion. In the event winner and/or his/her guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send winner and/or his or her guest home with no further compensation. If winner is unable to participate in the trip as described herein, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event a prize winner is able to participate in the trip during the dates designated by Sponsor but any event listed in the prize description does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the winner.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION : The Ultimate Bell's Experience Sweepstakes (the " Sweepstakes ") begins on 7/16/17 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (" ET ") and ends on 10/14/17 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the " Sweepstakes Period "). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Bell's Brewery, Inc., 8690 Krum Avenue, Galesburg, MI 49053 (" Sponsor "), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

All requested information on the entry form at the Website must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Except as contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the privacy policy found on the Website.
NOTE: Internet entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
In the event of a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address supplied at the time of entry. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

BY MAIL : To enter by mail, hand print in ink on a 3" x 5" piece of paper your full name, complete address including zip code, daytime telephone number, and date of birth. Mail this completed entry in an outer mailing envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Ultimate Bell's Experience Sweepstakes , P.O. Box 2424, Battle Creek, MI 49016-2424. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/14/17 and received by 10/21/17. No metered mail will be accepted. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail. Limit one (1) entry per outer stamped mailing envelope.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION : On or about 10/23/17, the prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines stated in these Official Rules. The potential prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within seven (7) days of prize notification (or a shorter time if required by exigencies), winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Each Grand Prize winner's guest must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to ticketing of the Grand Prize.
