The bean is good for espresso, but it tends to dry fairly quick even when it's stored in my freezer.

I don't get any crema with this in my espresso , it looks like regular black coffee. What am I doing wrong?

Try grinding finer and longer extraction. I bought Lavazza Super Crema and it gave me 2/5 top of extraction crema :p

ditto for me: no coupon on italiano, but there was 30% + 5% off of $17.99 for gran crema (which is my fav anyway) totaling $11.69 w/ $1 digital credit. how'd you get $9.89?
