It is good to very good quality. I used the small carry on this week and had 20lbs of soft leather laptop case and paperwork on it and it rolled fine even over the brick entry at the hotel (BTW, stupid idea Hilton!). I really don't expect to find top quality sets at TJ Maxx prices anymore, been thru a few already. Even the once top shelf Delsey sets there are getting panned for deterioration in quality these days. Some prioritize purchase price over 10-yr warranty, TSA locks, etc. which is just fine if they use their luggage set infrequently. To each their own but IMHO this was a super deal for folks who need or expect more. No regrets.
