Cheap and simple, 2200mah for $1.50 at most stores with some cheaper here and there. Their 5000mah one has been working well for me since I got it on clearance.

Here are the details on the 18650 cell inside the 2200 mah charger. Chinese cell? Yes, but it's not a no-name and the capacity is good. I'm impressed.

The larger model was located in automotive of all places, this one might be as well. Or you could just do online order - pick up like I did
Via the Walmart site itself OP provided the link for - it's showing in stock... so that's 2/3 saying in stock, so I guess I'm gonna try my luck...
