This is the cheapest price I've ever seen for a 43" samsung. Last year, the 43" ku6300 didn't even go on sale close to this price.
However, it's a pretty cheap quality TV.
I have this 43" on my desk right now, and it has a PLS (IPS) panel made by Beijing OptoElectronics.
It's a standard average quality panel, with subpar contrast, and maximum brightness level is slightly dimmer than the TCL 43s405.
43mu6300 brightness is noticeably dimmer than the 40mu6300 too.
But viewing angles are much wider than the typical 4k TV.
pretty low input lag and response times, comparable to a standard IPS lcd computer monitor.
Anyone who buys the 43", just beware the black levels and contrast will be pretty crap, giving you a hazy look on dark colors.
The 40", 50" 55" have VA panels.
