No more one month prime extension if delivery is late?

A few times a year I take amazon up on their offer to extend my prime membership by a month if they miss their guaranteed delivery date however i tried it again today and the rep was not going for it. I checked their site and it looks like they have redacted this policy https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/cu...=201910260.. a copy of the old page shows up in the wayback machine. https://web.archive.org/web/20170...=201117450

Anyone have recent experience with this?

About a few months ago they were late a few days with mine. All they did was give me a $10 credit

Only one free extension per free prime trial or per month ie if you pay monthly each month you can only get one free month for item being late. Up to 7 months free if you pay yearly though

and yes it still works as Mine just got extended via paribus for an item I did not realize was even late

I *just* received an extra month of Prime for my Super Mario Odyssey pre-order. It was supposed to arrive Friday, but it didn't. Now it's Saturday night and it still hasn't arrived. They offered me both a $10 credit and Prime extension by a month.
