Very pretty but no provisions for optical drive. I know, I know, dated tech and whatnot but what if you're wanting to use your desktop to play Blu-ray's at times? What does one do in that or similar situations without an optical drive?

I totally concur! I guess I'm an old fogie - but I need to have 1 optical slot, even if I have to pop off the nice looking front to get access temporarily!

I have the black/red version of this exact case, and I don't have any noticeable heating problems, though it should be noted that I replaced the case fans. I'm running my 240mm AIO radiator in the front as intake, and I have 3x 140mm Cougar CFD fans as exhaust. My CPU and GPU idle temps are just about 30C each. At load, the CPU jumps to about 65C while my GPU maxes out at about 80C.

Does anyone have the white version? I tend to keep my cases, but it's time to replace my 15 year old Antec that's developed a bit of a vibration. I was wondering if white is a 'bad' color and will develop any kind of discoloration over time.

I have this exact case from Newegg in white running a Ryzen 1700x on water cooling though it's not overclocked. The water cooler I got free for review. I have no heat issues. The lack of an optical drive bay caught me by surprise but I got a free external DVD writer so I can use that if needed. Awesome case with a wide array of LED colors.
