Black [amazon.com]

Red [amazon.com]

Grey [amazon.com]

They usually sell at $240. The sound quality is awesome. They have been the wirecutter's recommended headphone for years. I got one myself.

This is almost the lowest price you can get.

There are known headband cracking issues for earlier release. In case you got an unlucky one, here is how to fix it:

NAD Visio HP50s are the same price at Audio Advisor:

I believe they were both designed by Paul Barton (Paul & Susan Barton or Paul S. Barton = PSB, can't remember which).

The HP50 came out afterwards and is supposedly the next iteration of the M4U, not sure which is better. Similar pricing on both for those in the market.

Comment for those interested in NAD HP50: I get one from amazon just to compare to PSB. Everything is in the right place, except for comfort. The fit is aweful, leaking bass through opening. Clamping force is aweful too, causing discomfort after long wearing.

Everything else is fine. The design is just so bad. And you FEEL the bad design with your head.
