Only thing going for the QLED is that they can get much brighter then oled panels. I have Samsung Q7 from this year and c6 3D from last year and q7 does not even come close in picture quality. In fact Samsung's 2017 line up is worst then their own k series from last year. If you think it's just my opinion then you can buy both or look for tech reviews online. There is no comparison. Samsung Qled is just over priced garbage.

Qled and oled are 2 different beasts. Your oled is more likely to develop burn then your qled tv. While 10 year warranty is great Samsung 2017 qled are much inferior then LG' oled line up.

The only warranty I know that covers burn in ( and expressly states it) is the extended coverage offered through Best Buy on TV's bought there

Correct.

This is a great deal if you do not plan on submitting a PP claim. It is a horrible deal if you plan on submitting a $500 PP claim.
