Saw Walmart had separated out their stock of Bosch icon blades. Looks to be clearing out. Found handful at local Walmart in the auto section but on an end cap, not with other wiper blades. Went to another one and had to ask employee. They had all of them in the back by the batteries.
I used the Walmart site to get the upc to put in brickseek. The Walmart site was showing 14.95 but brickseek and in store are 9

Edit: I used to run the Goodyear wipers at Costco for years because I'm always there and they seemed like a similar design. I replaced them at least once a year, sometimes twice. I never got good results with them, but I figured it was due to my obsession with Rain-X or the fact that I keep my truck outside. Turns out those wipers are just crap.
As far as any lift, you may want to check your wiper blade arms to make sure they are putting firm pressure to the windshield.
