For instance, I searched for an item on google on my phone. Google showed NewEgg sells it for $169.99 without any tax. It asked if I would like to make the purchase through Google. At first I thought it would direct me to google express but this is something different. Anyway I made the purchase and immediately after got an email from AMEX saying the $20 credit has been successfully used.
Nice surprise since your taxed up the a$$ on google express even if the store doesn't have a physical location in your state.
