Existing internet customers do not need Double/Triple Play, do not need to port in. I did this in California. Of course none of us will know 100% until we get our cards in the mail but from multiple retention reps this is what I was told.

I been call couple time to request email. All the rep said that they can't send out email but they do see 500 gift card on the system
