No one is seeing the 200 dollar one. Except for one person but that is just a single datapoint and they couldn't see the 500 gc.
The Representative looked up the system and went to talk to someone and said , Sir Unfortunately you are not eligible, since you are with XFINITY 3 month . He Said, I have to be new customer to XFINITY , blah blah and Gave me a paper which shows 500$ offer and eligible points
Left the store, called to Xfinity customer care as suggested here in forum, the guys answered and I said same thing, He told me I am very much eligible, He double confirmed me will get 500$ ( said already he applied on my account but wil be getting after 16-18 weeks ) and 200$ will be delivered from Samsung. Also the store guy told me I have to transfer the existing line, but this guy told no need to be
